The thing is, most people already have a good idea of what they should be doing—but they just don’t do it.

I work with busy, professional men over 40 who are sick and tired of feeling fat, have zero energy and are struggling to feel excited about their lives.

A structured approach: Week one is all about assessing where you are now. We’ll look in depth at your habits, your thoughts and your mindset. We’ll assess your body composition and get clear on the right direction to take and the right goals to aim for. You’ll review your diet, daily movement and exercise and start discovering where you’re going wrong and the simple steps you can take to start moving in the right direction.
From that point on, every week will be about making progress. Making tweaks to your lifestyle. Adding in and taking away where necessary so that your body composition starts to change.
Goals: At the core of your 90-day transformation are the goals you will set. These will be broken down across the 90 days but won’t only be about your fitness. We’ll also be looking at other areas of your life, too, because fat loss isn’t just about diet and exercise, it’s about adapting your lifestyle and falling back in love with your life! Goal-setting training will be given in week one and throughout the 90 days.
Nutrition: Learn how to lose fat and build muscle without any crazy diets or giving up the foods you love. Learn how to track your calories easily. Learn how to calculate your calorie targets and eat accordingly. Get tips and recipe ideas. Once you learn how to do it, you’ll know for life.
Training: Naturally, there will be workouts to follow, videos, tips, advice and guidance to help you achieve the body composition you want AKA: Less fat, more muscle!
Weekly Zoom calls: Mondays are core training days. These trainings will cover nutrition, exercise, mindset, accountability, motivation, vision, values, goals, habits, and whatever else we need to cover. Remember, this isn’t just me telling you what to do; this is us working together and doing whatever we need to help you hit your goals. Thursday Zoom calls are open Q&A. All the calls get recorded, so you can watch back anytime in the App.
Accountability and journaling: Get training on how to stay accountable through journaling and planning. As part of the programme, you must return and report your weekly plan. If you want accountability and motivation, there you have it!
Mindset: Your mindset, what you believe and how you think drive your actions. I’ll help you reframe your thoughts and limiting beliefs so you can start taking action. We’ll be looking at things like boredom, frustration, negativity and bad habits.
Education: You’ll learn the right way to train, how nutrition works, and how to build muscle and stay motivated for the long term by tapping into my years of personal development, training and personal training education.
What’s the Difference Between 1:1 Personal Training and Group Coaching?
Group coaching isn’t just a cheaper version of personal training—it’s a completely different approach.
While 1:1 training is highly individualised and focused solely on you, group coaching combines expert guidance with the power of a supportive community.
You’ll follow a structured program based on your current level of health, fitness and ability, designed to deliver results with structured workouts, nutrition strategies, and accountability.
But don’t worry—this isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.
You’ll still have the flexibility to tailor the program to your needs, along with the motivation and camaraderie of a group of like-minded men striving toward similar goals.
Plus the weekly calls will allow you to ask direct questions and get personal feedback.
