A personal trainer in your pocket
Your coach will be with you throughout the programme and will be accessible on a daily basis (Mon-Fri: 9am to 5pm UK) through the direct messaging feature in the app to answer any questions you may have. Think of it (literally) as a personal trainer in your pocket!
Personalised exercise and workout programmes
Your bespoke physical training programme will be created after your initial onboarding call with your coach, and will depend on a number of different factors including your background, current fitness level, past injuries, lifestyle and goals.
Seven coaching calls (one-to-one)
Throughout the 12 weeks you will have seven, calls with your coach to discuss your progress, your goals and share anything else you think necessary. Your calls will be on day 1, then on weeks 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and your final call will be as close to the final day as possible. Calls one and seven will be around 30 minutes while the other five calls will be around 15 minutes in length.
Nutrition coaching
Simple and achievable nutrition strategies are provided depending on what your specific goals are, and to fit in with your lifestyle. This can mean skipping a meal, managing portion sizes, having a better awareness of food macros (protein, carbohydrate and fat), timing of what and when you eat, fasting, liquid intake, etc.
160+ delicious recipes & smoothies
More than 160 delicious recipes are provided as inspiration for healthier eating. These recipes come in monthly packs and include shopping lists, meal planning guidelines as well as full nutrition information (calories, fat, protein and carbohydrate content, gluten, free vegetarian, vegan). We don’t think you’ll make them all but you’re sure to find enough to make your nutrition plan varied, new and tasty.
(We also make these available in a sharable format so you can send them to the person who usually does the shopping and cooking, if that’s not you).
In-App experience
The In-App experience is the central feature of the programme, as it allows for complete flexibility and convenience. Within the app you will find the following features:
Video guidance
Each exercise is demonstrated simply within the app for you to follow along with.
Notifications
The apps notifications will remind you on a daily basis of what you have coming up, meaning you always know what you have to do and when. These can be switched on or off.
Stopwatch and timer function
If you don’t have a fancy watch, use the internal stopwatch and timer function within the app to measure your exercise.
Progress charts
Track your progress to help you stay motivated and committed (weight, measurements, habits, progress pictures).
Technique advice
Using the app you can share videos of yourself doing a specific movement so your coach can assess and feedback on your technique.
Weekly In-App feedback forms
In addition to your coaching / progress calls with Anthony, the weekly feedback forms will help to track and measure your progress, keeping you motivated and accountable.

By logging each workout after completion, your coach will see exactly where you’re at through the ‘back-end’ of the app, making sure you’re making right the progress and assessing whats working and what isn’t.

If you prefer working out in the gym then that’s fine as you will have more options available to you in terms of equipment. But your bespoke plan will be tailored exactly to your needs and preferred environment.
So if you prefer bodyweight exercises only or just have a few dumbbells, and prefer working out at home, that will be fine.
During your onboarding call with your coach, you will discuss your specific goals, needs and access to equipment and a bespoke programme will be tailored to your needs depending upon the equipment you have access to.
We can advise on what equipment you should buy, if any.
Your coach will design your programme to the time you have available and the Time Management Sessions (available only in Ultimate) will help you maximise the time you have in your day to ensure you have time to execute your training.
Your coach will make sure that the exercises prescribed will be in line with the exercises you prefer, but you may need to break out of your comfort zone to make real progress!
A key aspect of the programme is accountability and support. Other programmes that ‘leave you to it’ will leave you frustrated and unmotivated. The seven coaching calls with your coach, in-app messaging, and group coaching calls will ensure you stay connected and engaged with your coach, goals and progress throughout the programme.
If you need additional accountability, the Ultimate Plan will provide you with a daily accountability messaging service and a private weekly coaching calls
Throughout the training you will receive specific nutrition advice, with more than 160 recipes to choose from, shopping lists, and meal planning guidance from your coach. Plus, if you usually eat with a family (ie with fussy kids) you will learn how to get your meals bang on 75% of the time.
Each exercise assigned to you comes with an instructional video, and you can message your coach Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm) for support. You can also record yourself doing the exercises and easily upload to the app for your coach to review and feedback to you.
Your coach will be able to adapt your programme as and when necessary should you need to travel and will be able to provide you with exercises you can do without equipment, on the road.

In early January of 2023 I met with a friend for a coffee and to have a chat about an idea.
I’d recently decided to switch my fitness focus from running to the gym to put on some much needed muscle, and fix my posture, but after 6 months of making almost zero progress I was getting frustrated.
Nothing I was doing seemed to be working.
